How to install the trunk of YIKONG YK4083?

  • Before installing the trunk, remove the original spare tire bracket.
  • The mounting screws are located on the inner side of the vehicle body.
  • Open the body panel to locate the four mounting screws for the spare tire bracket.

YIKONG YK4083 Upgrade Parts Trunk Installation Step 1

  • Secure the trunk using four 20mm screws.
  • Add a washer to each screw to enhance mounting strength.
  • Ensure nuts are installed on the inner side of the body panel.

  • Also insert washers beneath the locknuts.
  • Avoid over-tightening the screws.
  • Excessive tightening may cause deformation of plastic components.
